Iceman De-Ice Tracker is a revolutionary digital record keeping suite built for de-icing providers operating at small to mid-sized aerodromes.
Built to streamline all aspects of aircraft de-icing, Iceman helps to maximize profits while minimizing human error during the heat of the winter-ops season.
Iceman is designed to effectively integrate into pre-existing workflows and record-keeping systems with intuitive features that make it easy.
Thousands in revenue are lost every season due to clerical errors and data-entry mishaps.
Roughly 80% of all aircraft incidents can be attributed to human factors.
Iceman provides:
Iceman stores all records year-round in our secure cloud, with daily backups and replication.
While cloud based in nature, Iceman is designed to work both online and offline.
Iceman utilizes an iOS-based mobile app for data entry, and a web portal for administrative features such as analytics, inventory, and reporting.
Iceman provides the ability to easily export all records from the web portal, for peace of mind and easy integration into existing record keeping systems.
My name is Cedric McDonald, and I’m a commercially licensed pilot and software developer from Calgary, AB.
I created Iceman after having the opportunity to work as a de-icer at a small, high-traffic airport, using open-bucket trucks and keeping track of everything by hand. My co-workers and I concurred that the status-quo left a lot to be desired, so the idea for Iceman was eventually spawned. Over the next 3 years, I brought that idea to fruition.
Aside from flying, I’ve been programming for the past 10 years. Making Iceman was a rare opportunity to unite 2 of my passions and create something unique within the industry.
